Alcohol, opioids, stimulants, and other substances used frequently result in a disease that requires treatment.

Our COR program is dedicated to helping anyone in Lee County who is interested in treatment options for any substance use disorder. Every participant in our MIH-Community Paramedicine program receives personalized care planning and options to make an informed decision. Services that we offer include the following:

We can establish and coordinate needed services. 

 

MENTAL HEALTH

Individual and group sessions are available.

 SOCIAL SERVICES

Whether you need a hot meal or place to stay. we'll work with community partners in attempt to meet your needs.
